If you have a warranty, and it takes 3-4 weeks to get a replacement tube, the service is no good. We realize OM Tech is the seller, but the manufacturers being utilized is about 80% of the problem. We did not spend $6300+ to have this machine as a hobby. It’s for a business, and 3-4 weeks down time is unacceptable.

In reality, it can cut through 1/8" plywood with ease but it struggles with 1/4" plywood especially larger sheets. I got their 130W version because of its size and adequate power (their claim) for my needs. Turns out 100W machines are a generally a better choice and OMTech is a bad choice. The OmTech has been a headache. The documentation is contradicting and worthless. The physical manual claims that I should be firing the 100 watt laser at max power while the online manual claims something different, which contradicts what a friend of mine was told during a paid for webinar they did with OmTech.
